Pasta with Carrots and Leek
Ingredients: pasta, salt, 1 leek, 1 jar of carrots, 1 grilled pepper, 1 can diced tomatoes, oregano, pepper, grated cheese,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the pasta in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 sliced leek with 1 jar drained carrots and 1 chopped grilled pepper about five minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and chopped fresh oregano. Let it simmer 10 minutes. Serve the pasta and grated cheese. Enjoy!
