
Ingredients: pasta, salt, 250 grams bacon, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, 250 grams mushrooms, 125 ml cream,

Cook the pasta al dente in boiling water with some salt. Fry on medium heat 250 grams diced bacon with 1 finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Add 125 ml cream and bring to the boil. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
