Boil 150 grams sugarsnaps al dente. Boil in hot water with a little salt the noodles as directed on the package. Bake in a hot wok with oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion has softened. Add 150 grams chopped raw ham, 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 1 sliced 1 grilled red pepper. Stir fry until the mushrooms are soft. Add the cooked sugarsnaps and heat well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
