Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix 1 can diced tomatoes with 1 chopped onion, 1 sliced red pepper, 50 ml chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and coriander to taste. Add this into a ovenproof dish. Place the ovenproof dish about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the ovenproof dish from the oven. Put in the ovenproof dish 100 grams taco chips and sprinkle with pieces of mozzarella and grated cheese. Put the ovenproof dish for 10 minutes back in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
