Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some oregano to taste. Fry briefly. Add 400 grams minced beef and fry it loose. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Put in a baking dish half of the minced beef mixture. Cover with lasagne sheets. Add half of the thawed spinach and half of the mascarpone over it. Cover with lasagne sheets and add the other half of the minced beef mixture. Cover with lasagne sheets. Add the rest of the spinach and mascarpone. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the spinach lasagna cool slightly. Enjoy!
