Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Tomatoes
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 250 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, thyme, 200 grams minced beef, red wine, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 can diced tomatoes, 200 ml stock, grated cheese,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake 250 gram diced bacon crispy on medium heat. In another pan fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with thyme until the onion is translucent. Add 200 grams minced beef and fry it loose. Add a splash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 200 ml stock. Allow to boil, add the diced bacon, and then let it simmer on low heat 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese. Enjoy!
