
Ingredients: 2 beef sausages, 4 slices bacon, 1 onion, 250 ml broth,

Remove the skin from 2 beef sausages and wrap each sausage with 2 slices of bacon. Bake the beef sausages around brown. Remove the beef sausages from the pan. Bake in the remaining butter 1 sliced onion until the onion is soft. Add 250 ml strong broth and let it come to a boil. Put the beef sausages to the pan and let it simmer about 20 minutes with the lid on the pan on low heat. Serve with mashed potatoes with sliced spring onion and peas. Enjoy!
