Pasta with Marrowfat Peas and Chorizo
Ingredients: pasta, 150 grams chorizo, 1 onion, 1 jar of marrowfat peas, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, cinnamon, salt, pepper,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 150 grams sliced chorizo in hot oil a few minutes. Remove the chorizo from the pan and keep it aside. Pour excess fat away. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion until it is tender. Add 1 jar marrowfat peas and 1 can diced tomatoes. Season with 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Warm well. Add the chorizo at last. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
