Sauerkraut with Bacon
Ingredients: 500 grams sauerkraut, 1 glass of apple juice, cinnamon, ground cloves, 250 grams diced bacon,

Number of persons: 4

Put in a pan 500 grams sauerkraut and 1 glass of apple juice and bring to taste with cinnamon and ground cloves. Put the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat in 45 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile fry on low heat 250 grams diced bacon crispy. Add the diced bacon to the sauerkraut. Serve the sauerkraut with smoked sausage and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
