Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in hot oil 100 grams diced ham about 3 minutes. Add 1 sliced leek and stir-fry until the leek is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Stir fry until the mushrooms are soft. Add 100 grams cream cheese and let the cheese melt. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti, and stir through the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Enjoy!
