Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake in hot butter 250 grams minced beef until it is brown. Add thyme and chilli powder to taste and fry briefly. Add 1 diced red pepper, 1 diced green pepper and 1 sliced leek and stir-fry about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, beat 3 eggs with 4 tablespoons cream, salt and pepper. Add 125 grams of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and stir the mixture well. Fill greased springform with the fresh puff pastry. Prick holes in the soil.
