Tagliatelle with Oxheart Cabbage and Mozzarella
Ingredients: tagliatelle, salt, 250 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 300 grams oxheart cabbage, 3 sundried tomatoes, 1 ball mozzarella,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water. Bake in a hot frying pan 250 gram diced bacon until the bacon is crisp. Scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme until the onion is soft. Then add 300 grams of thinly sliced oxheart cabbage and stir-fry about a minutes or 5. Add 3 sliced sundried tomatoes1 torn into pieces mozzarella ball and the crispy diced bacon. Let the mozzarella melts and serve with the tagliatelle. Enjoy!
