
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, flour, 2 ground cloves, 2 onions, 2 apples (Elstar), 250 ml chicken stock,

Season 2 diced chicken breasts with salt, pepper and flour. Bake the diced chicken breast in hot butter until brown. Sprinkle with ground cloves and add 2 chopped onions and fry until the onions have softened. Add 2 peeled and diced apples and 250 ml chicken stock and allow to simmer 15 minutes on medium heat. We have eaten red cabbage and mashed potatoes with it. Enjoy!
