Spaghetti with Chicken Breast and Mushrooms

Ingredients: spaghetti, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chicken breast, 100 grams diced ham, 250 grams mushrooms, 100 ml cream, 75 grams grated cheese, chives, salt, pepper,
Number of persons: 3
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water al dente. Fry in hot oil 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until it smells. Add 1 diced chicken breast and 100 grams diced. Bake the chicken breast brown and then add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Add, as the mushrooms have softened, 100 ml cream, 75 grams grated cheese and spaghetti. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chives. Serve with extra grated cheese. Enjoy!
