
Ingredients: 6 puff pastry shells, 1 chicken breast, 30 grams butter, 1 onion, thyme, 100 grams mushrooms, 30 grams flour, 300 ml chicken stock, salt, pepper, chives,
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake 1 chopped chicken breast brown in hot butter. When the chicken is brown add 1 finely chopped onion, thyme and 50 grams sliced mushrooms. Add 30 grams flour when mushrooms are tender. Pour gradually 300 ml chicken stock in it. Keep stirring. Bring the stew to taste with salt, pepper and chives. Add the stew in the puff pastry shells. Place puff pastry shells approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
