Pork Roullade with Red Cabbage and Cranberries
Ingredients: 1 pork roulade, 1/2 jar red cabbage with cranberries, bacon, curry sauce,

Number of persons: 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the net from the pork roulade. Fold the pork roulade open or make a cut and fill it with red cabbage with cranberries. Fold the pork roulade again and coat it with bacon slices. Tie the pork roulade back on with kitchen twine and place the stuffed pork roulade in a baking dish. Brush the top of the pork roulade with curry sauce. Place the baking dish about 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with the rest of the red cabbage, a salad and pommes duchess. Enjoy!
