Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam (or more as desired) and ginger until you have a fragrance. Add 600 grams diced boneless pork chops and stir-fry until it is brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, a dash of lime juice and 50 ml of water. Bring to the boil briefly and let the sauce thicken over low heat. Nice with nasi goreng for example. Enjoy!
