Meanwhile, mix 225 grams sugar with 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt and 1 sachet vanilla sugar to a mixture. Fold the flour gently by. Then mix the melted chocolate and 50 grams of chopped pecans into the mixture. Grease a brownie-tin with butter and line with baking paper. Pour the batter into the brownie-tin. Place the brownie-tin approximately 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the brownies cool in the baking tin and then cut into squares. Enjoy!
