Defrost 4 sheets puff pastry. Paste 2 pastry sheets together, do the same for the other 2 sheets of puff pastry. You get 2 as elongated flaps. Beat 1 egg and brush the pastry with this. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon mixed spices. Sprinkle this evenly over the pastry. Roll the dough up to the middle and then roll it from the other side also to the middle. Place about 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Meanwhile heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the rolls into slices, and place the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the biscuits with the remaining beaten egg. Put the baking sheet about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cookies cool. Enjoy!
