Steaks with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients: 2 steaks, salt, pepper, 150 grams mushrooms, 100 ml broth, 100 ml cream,

Number of persons: 2

Season 2 steaks with salt and pepper. Fry the steaks on both sides brown. Remove the steak from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining fat 150 grams sliced mushrooms until it is tender. Add 100 ml broth and 100 ml cream and bring just to the boil. Put the steaks in the pan. Serve with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!
