
Ingredients: 250 grams diced ham, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 800 grams waxy potatoes, 150 grams mixed mushrooms, dash of white wine, 250 ml crème fraiche, 400 grams brie,

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Fry in hot oil 250 grams diced ham brown. Scoop it from the pan. Put new oil in the pan and fry 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme until the onion is soft. Cut 800 grams waxy potatoes into slices and add it to the onions in the pan. Bake, stir gently, 5 minutes along. Add 150 grams mixed mushrooms and fry them until the mushrooms are soft. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Remove the pan from the heat and carefully scoop 250 ml crème fraiche and 200g diced brie through. Pour everything in a ovenproof dish and sprinkle with another 200 grams of diced brie. Place the ovenproof dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!
