Steak with Mushrooms and Red Wine
Ingredients: 1 onion, 250 grams mushrooms, 100 ml red wine, salt, pepper, 2 steaks,

Number of persons: 2

Bake in hot butter on medium heat 1 sliced onion until it is golden brown. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft. Add 100 ml red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, grill 2 steaks (seasoned with salt and pepper) on both sides until done. Serve with a salad and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
