Spaghetti Zucchini Carbonara
Ingredients: spaghetti, 200 grams diced bacon, 2 garlic cloves, 1 large zucchini, thyme, salt, pepper, 5 tablespoons cream, 1 egg yolk, grated cheese,

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake in a hot frying pan 200 grams diced bacon crispy. Add 1 large thinly sliced zucchini and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and some thyme. Stir fry until the zucchini is tender, season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, mix 5 tablespoons cooking cream with 1 egg yolk and grated cheese. Drain the spaghetti, and stir with the zucchini. Then mix the cream into the spaghetti and heat briefly. Serve with extra grated cheese. Enjoy!
