Ingredients: 1 bag tortellini with cheese filling, 150 grams mixed nuts, 1 garlic clove, thyme, parsley, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 100 ml cream, 75 grams grated mature cheese, salt,

Cook the tortellini in boiling water with a little salt al dente. Bake in a little oil 150 grams mixed nuts with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme and parsley a few minutes. Add 1 diced red pepper and 1 diced yellow pepper. Stir a minute or 2 on high heat and lower the heat and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
