
Ingredients: 250 gram diced bacon, 250 grams minced beef, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 150 ml stock, 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 500 ml stock, 75 grams grated cheese, lasagne sheets,

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 250 gram dice bacon crunchy. Scoop it from the pan and bake in the remaining fat 250 grams minced beef to brown. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir until the onion is soft. Then add 1 diced carrot, 1 sliced red pepper and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes and 150 ml stock. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add at last the diced bacon back into the pan. Meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt 50 grams butter and add 50 grams flour. Bake the flour brief. Add gradually 500 ml stock until the desired thickness you. Remove the pan from the heat and stir 75 grams grated cheese with it. Let the cheese melt. Put in an ovenproof dish a layer minced beef then a layer of lasagne sheets, another layer minced beef and a layer of lasagne sheets and finally the cheese sauce. Place the ovenproof dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
