Boil the fusilli in boiling water with a little salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 3 chipolata sausages (with skin removed). Bake the meat brown. Cut the artichoke hearts in quarters. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts and 150 ml stock. Bring to the boil briefly and then let it simmer for about 10 minutes to be cooked on low heat. Serve with fusilli and grated cheese.
