
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 6 chipolata sausages, 1 onion, 250 grams mushrooms, 100 grams oyster mushrooms, 100 grams shii takes, dash of white wine,

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a little salt al dente. Remove the skin of 6 chipolata sausages. Bake the chipolata sausages loose and brown in hot butter. Add 1 chopped onion and fry briefly. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 100 grams oyster mushrooms and 100 grams sliced shii takes. Stir until the mushrooms have softened. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Bring to taste with salt. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!
