Noodles with Chicken Breast, Mangetouts and Beansprouts
Ingredients: noodles, 1 chicken breast, 2 garlic cloves, 200 grams snow peas, 3 spring onions, 250 grams beansprouts, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 150 ml water, salt,

Number of persons: 2

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast golden brown. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 200 grams snow peas, 3 chopped spring onions and 250 grams bean sprouts. Stir fry a few minutes. Add 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 150 ml of water. Bring to taste with salt. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
