
Ingredients: 140 grams butter, 400 grams light brown sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, 300 grams flour, baking powder, salt, 50 grams dark chocolate, 50 grams white chocolate,
Preheat oven to 165 degrees (fan). Melt 140 grams butter. Add 400 grams light brown sugar to the melted butter and let the sugar melt. Let it cool a bit. Add 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 3 beaten eggs and beat slightly. Add 300 grams flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Spatula carefully. Put the mixture in a with baking paper coated brownie tin. Sprinkle 50 grams finely chopped dark chocolate and 50 grams finely chopped white chocolate over it. Put the brownie tin about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let it cool completely. Enjoy!
