Pasta with Peas and Pepper

Ingredients: spaghetti, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 1 yellow pepper, 150 grams peas, 1 tomato, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar, 100 ml stock, sweet soy sauce, grated cheese,
Number of persons: 2
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a little salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme to taste, 1 sliced yellow pepper until the onion is golden brown. Add 150 grams peas, 1 diced tomato, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar and 100 ml stock. Bring to taste with sweet soy sauce. Let it gently simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
