Lasagne with White Cabbage and Mushrooms
Ingredients: 1 onion, 300 grams white cabbage, 250 grams mushrooms, 100 ml tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 550 ml stock, 75 grams grated cheese, lasagne sheets,

Number of persons: 4

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion to soft. Add 300 grams sliced white cabbage and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir until the mushrooms have softened. Add 50 ml stock and 100 ml tomato ketchup and heat a bit more. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams of flour to it. Bake briefly. Add gradually 500 ml stock, continue stirring. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir 50 grams grated cheese. Let the cheese melt. Put in an oven dish about half the cabbage mixture. Cover with lasagne sheets, then a layer of cabbage mixture and then again lasagne sheets. Pour the cheese sauce as the last over it and sprinkle another 25 grams of grated cheese over it. Place the oven dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
