Boil the farfalle in boiling water with some salt until done. Bake in a hot wok 1 chopped red pepper strips about 5 minutes. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Add 50 grams of shelled pecan nuts, 1 peeled and diced pear and 100 ml cream. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with farfalle. Enjoy!
