Boil the farfalle al dente in boiling water with a little salt. Season 1 diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Bake the diced chicken breast golden brown in hot oil. Add 2 chopped leeks and 1 finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 200 grams spinach and let it shrink (or defrost frozen spinach if you have). Add 2 diced tomatoes, bring to taste with salt and pepper and stir fry another 3 minutes. Drain the farfalle, and add to the spinach. Serve with grated cheese if you like. Enjoy!
