Pasta with Mushrooms and Zucchini
Ingredients: pasta, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, thyme, 1 zucchini, 1 grilled red pepper, 200 grams mushrooms, 1 tin diced tomatoes, worchester sauce, salt, pepper,

Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme. Add, when the onion is soft, 1 diced zucchini, 1 grilled red pepper and 200 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and worchester sauce to taste, season with salt and pepper. Bring shortly to boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with the pasta. Enjoy
