Cook the penne al dente in water with a little salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 125 grams diced ham until the onion is golden brown. Add 150 grams mixed mushrooms and stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 diced tomato, 1 tin diced tomatoes and 100 ml cream. Bring it to the boil, bring to taste with salt and pepper and let it all simmer gently on low heat. Serve with penne and sprinkle some grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
