Make 1 carrot, 250 grams of mushrooms, 2 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 1 green pepper and 1 can diced tomatoes clean and cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Put everything in the food processor and make a paste of it. Cook2 50 grams minced beef loose with thyme in a little oil. Add a dash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the vegetable paste and let it all be cooked on medium heat in 30 minutes. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Boil the meantime penne in boiling water with salt.
