Italian roast beef
Ingredients: 500 grams roast beef in 1 piece, salt, pepper, 1 onion, thyme, rosemary, 250 grams mushrooms, 200 ml cream, 1/2 cube chicken stock, mozzarella,

Number of people: 2 to 3

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Season 500 grams of roast beef with salt and pepper. Bake the roast beef around brown in hot butter. Remove the roast beef from the pan and cut into slices. Keep this separately. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with thyme and rosemary to taste until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and stir until the mushrooms are tender. Add 200 ml cream and 1/2 cube chicken stock. Bring it to the boil. Place in an ovenproof dish the slices roast beef with mozzarella slices. Pour the mushroom sauce around the roast beef. Place the ovenproof dish about 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad and fried potatoes. Enjoy!
