Heat 600 ml milk to 35 degrees. Add the yeast and stir until the yeast has dissolved. Seprate the 4 eggs and add the egg yolks, 200 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla aroma and 1/2 tablespoon salt to the milk. Stir everything well so you have no lumps. Melt 100 grams butter and add a pinch cinnamon to it. Stir the butter into the batter. Let the batter in a warm place until doubled in volume. Beat the 4 egg whites stiff and stir it gently to the batter. Heat a waffle-iron and pour the batter in it. Cook the waffles for 4 minutes on each side. Continue until you’re out of batter. Serve with icing sugar. Enjoy!
