Recipe: Swiss Potato Pancakes

Melt 15 grams butter in the microwave or a saucepan. Mash 300 grams of cooked potatoes fine. Add 1 egg, the melted butter and 70 grams flour. Mash this together. Bring to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Divide this mixture in half. Make a role of it and pack into foil. Put this about half an hour in the refrigerator. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a pan with water with a little salt and let it cook gently. Cut the potato rolls in slices of about 1 centimeter thick. Boil it in gently in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain the potato panckes. Place the potato pancakes in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Place the ovenproof dish in the preheated oven and wait until the cheese has melted.
