Recipe: Steak Wrapped in Beer Bacon with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients: 6 slices bacon, 1 bottle dark beer, 2 steak, salt, pepper, 150 grams mixed mushrooms, 175 grams button mushrooms, 100 ml beef stock,

Steak wrapped in beer-bacon:

Swiss Potato Pancakes

Recipe: Swiss Potato Pancakes
Ingredients: 300 grams of cooked potatoes, 15 grams butter, 70 grams of flour, 1 egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, grated cheese,

Melt 15 grams butter in the microwave or a saucepan. Mash 300 grams of cooked potatoes fine. Add 1 egg, the melted butter and 70 grams flour. Mash this together. Bring to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Divide this mixture in half. Make a role of it and pack into foil. Put this about half an hour in the refrigerator. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a pan with water with a little salt and let it cook gently. Cut the potato rolls in slices of about 1 centimeter thick. Boil it in gently in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Hachee (Onion Stew)

Recipe: Hachee (Onion Stew)
Ingredients: 500 grams beef, 500 grams onions, salt, pepper, clove powder, 750 ml beef stock, 2 bay leaves.

Season 500 grams diced beef with salt and pepper. Cook the diced beef until it is brown. Add 500 grams, roughly chopped onions and cook on medium heat about 15 minutes. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon clove powder and pour in the beef stock. Add 2 bay leaves and let it simmer for about2 hours. Set the heat higher at last so it thickness a bit more. Get the bay leaves out. Serve with boiled potatoes. Enjoy!

Penne with sun-dried tomatoes, grilled red pepper and mushrooms
Ingredients: penne, salt, 1 onion, 2 grilled red peppers, 3 sun-dried tomatoes, 250 grams mushrooms, dash of red wine, 400 ml diced tomato, 50 ml cream, pepper, grated cheese,

Cook the penne al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion cut on medium heat until it is light brown. Add 2 grilled red peppers, 3 finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir fry a minute or 2. Add a dash of red wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 400 ml diced tomato and 50 ml cream. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the sauce with penne. Sprinkle a little grated cheese over it. Enjoy!

Chicken Curry
Ingredients: rice, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon sambal, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger powder, 1 chicken breast, 2 tomatoes, 200 grams of frozen green beans, cumin powder, lemongrass powder, coriander, 125 grams bean sprouts, 200 ml coconut milk ,

Boil the rice according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon sambal, salt, pepper, nutmeg and ginger powder until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breasts to brown. Add 2 diced tomatoes, 200 grams of frozen green beans, cumin powder, lemongrass powder and some finely chopped coriander leaves and stir fry a minute or 2. Add 125 grams of bean sprouts, shovel carefully and add 200 ml coconut milk. Bring briefly to the boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Serve with rice! Enjoy!

Tagliatelle with Mushroom Sauce

Tagliatelle with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients: tagliatelle, 1 red onion, 250 grams chestnut mushrooms, 200 ml beef consomme, 1 tin tomato puree, thyme, grated cheese

Boil the tagliatelle al dente in boiling water with a little salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped red onion to the soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Stir fry about a minute or 2. Add 200 ml beef consomme, 1 tin tomato puree and thyme to taste. Bring to the boil briefly. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve the sauce with the tagliatelle. Sprinkle a little grated cheese over it. This is enough for 2 people. Enjoy!

Noodles with Pork Scallops and Peppers

Noodles with Pork Scallops and Peppers
Ingredients: noodles, 2 pork scallops, salt, pepper, 1 red onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 6 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 2 diced pork scallops. Season with salt and pepper. Shovel the diced scallops once it is brown from the pan. Bake in the remaining oil 1 chopped red onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Then add 1 red - and 1 yellow pepper cut in strips. Stir fry short and let it braise for about 5 minutes on low heat. Add 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon Chinese five spices and add the pork scallops back in the pan. Let the it braise for about 10 minutes on low heat. Finally add 6 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce and heat a bit more. Serve with the noodles. Enjoy!
