Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake in hot oil 1 onion, cut into rings, with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme. When the onion has softened add 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms too soft. Spread the ready-made pizza bottom with about 150 grams cream cheese. Add some brie slices o top and then the fried mushrooms and onion. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and some chopped parsley over. Put the pizza about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
