Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a little salt. Cut 150 grams steak into strips and season it with salt and pepper and rub it with finely chopped rosemary and thyme. Cook the steak brown in hot oil. Shovel the steak from the pan and bake in the remaining oil 2 chopped red onions with 2 garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon sambal until the red onion is glassy. Add 1 tin tomato puree and stir with the onions. Add 100 ml red wine and let the wine evaporate. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 150 ml chicken stock again. Leave on high heat to thicken. Finally add the steak and heat a bit more. Serve with spaghetti. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Enjoy!
