Italian Burgers
Ingredients: 4 pita breads, 400 grams minced beef, mozzarella, 5 sundried tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, dried Italian herbs, salt, pepper, lettuce,

Heat 4 pita breads according pack instructions. Mix 400 grams minced beef with 1 mozzarella (torn into small pieces), 5 finely chopped sundried tomatoes, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, dried Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Make 4 burgers. Bake the burgers brown in hot butter. Add a little water and cook the burgers until done . Fill the pita breads with lettuce and then put the burgers on top of the lettuce. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 6 slices beef, 75 grams lettuce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon basalmico vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil, salt, pepper, grated cheese,

Make a dressing of 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper. Mix these ingredients. Mix the dressing with 75 grams lettuce. Siege 6 slices beef (or more slices) each with a little lettuce. Roll the beef well. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the beef rolls. Enjoy!
