Cook the tortellini in boiling water with a little salt for about 12 to 15 minutes. Bake in the hot frying pan 100 gram diced bacon until crisp. Add 1 finely chopped onion and fry it until soft. Then add 300 grams of frozen spinach and warm it well. At last add 125 ml cream and 1 tablespoon pesto. Heat a bit more. Serve the spinach with the tortellini. Enjoy!
