Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 garlic clove, 300 grams minced beef, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 zucchini, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 100 ml stock, 1 tablespoon worchester sauce, pepper,

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion until soft. Then add 1 sliced carrot and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Stir fry 1 minute. Add 300 grams minced beef and stir fry it brown. Then add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 1 sliced zucchini cut. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Finally, add 1 tin diced tomatoes, 100 ml stock and 1 tablespoon worchester sauce. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Let it simmer 15 minutes. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
