Preheat the oven at 175 degrees. Boil 200 grams of broccoli florets and about 200 grams penne al dente. Drain both. Bake in a hot frying pan 200 grams diced bacon with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the bacon crisp. Put the broccoli, penne and bacon in a ovenproof dish. Make a sauce with 4 eggs, 250 ml cream, thyme to taste, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the ovenproof dish approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
