Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Bake 1 chopped onion in hot butter. Add, when the onion is soft, 2 tablespoons flour and stir fry short. Add 500 ml vegetable stock, stir well and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add 100 grams grated cheese and let it melt. Add to your own taste chives to the sauce. Bake 250 grams sliced mushrooms until soft. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Add half the cheese sauce. Siege 6 ready-to-eat pancakes with slices ham, cover each pancake with the mushroom sauce.
