Noodles with Carrots and Green Pepper

Ingredients: noodles, 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon sambal, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 125 grams bean sprouts,
Boil the noodles according pack instructions. Make a sauce of 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon sambal. Let this cook for about 1 minute. Add 1 sliced carrot and 1 green pepper cut in strips. Add to the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add 125 grams bean sprouts and stir fry 1 minute. Stir in the noodles. Enjoy!
