Penne with Cherry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: penne, 1 onion, 250 grams cherry tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, oregano, 5 tablespoons stock, 1 tablespoon caster sugar, salt, pepper,
Cook the penne in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion until the onion has softened. Add 250 grams cherry tomatoes, 1 chopped garlic clove, oregano, 5 tablespoons stock and 1 tablespoon cater sugar. Bring it to the boil and then leave it simmering on low heat for about 15 minutes. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with penne. Enjoy!
