Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Cut 1 pork fillet of 500 grams in (not in whole slices but just until half) . Put in cuttings the slices of 2 garlic cloves and rosemary after taste. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the pork fillet with 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and rub the pork fillet in with 2 tablespoons apple spread. Place the seasoned pork fillet in a baking dish and put it about 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven. On the table you can cut slices. Serve with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!
